Lyme Disease and SOT for Lyme Treatment

Let’s Talk More About Lyme Disease

What is Lyme?  Where does it come from?  How do you contract it?  How does Lyme attack the body?  Why is it so hard to get rid of once infected?   These are just some of the questions asked by people who have been diagnosed with Lyme.  I want to emphasize that I am not a medical doctor nor do I have any formal medical education or training.  Nothing in this blog is indented to diagnose any illness but rather to share information that I believe to be accurate due to my own experience and research.  Please contact a medical professional if you would like your specific situation diagnosed.  I urge everyone to do their own research and follow the path that best suits their needs.  I will be posting links to resources from medical professionals who do know what they are talking about.  I will attempt to keep things mostly top level, not getting into too much technical detail.

Now that the disclaimer out of the way, let’s talk Lyme!  What is it and where does it come from?  There is some debate on how long it has been around but nonetheless here is the version I am going with.  Lyme, Borrelia Burgdorferi (Borrelia B), is a variation of the Borrelia bacteria that was genetically modified in a lab by a scientist with the surname Burgdorferi.  Borrelia B was modified in such a way that our bodies are not able to successfully defend itself against it.  I referred to Borrelia B as a bacteria, which is true when it is outside the body but once inside the body it is viral in nature.  It is a member of the Syphilis family and has a similar spirochete shape which is capable of spiraling into all types of tissue in the body, creating destruction as it moves throughout the body.  Borrelia B does not need to use the bloodstream to move through the body.  It can drill through tissue and do it quite quickly.

How does someone become infected with the Borrelia B virus?  A person needs to be infected by something that is carrying the virus itself.  Most famously the Deer Tick but can also be mosquitos or it has even shown to be sexually transmitted between partners in some cases.  Once infected, the longer it stays in the body the more it replicates.  The more it replicates, the more it is able to spread throughout the body wreaking havoc!  It is this spreading while damaging tissue that causes so many issues with many of the systems in our bodies.  Someone who has chronic Lyme Disease will typically not just have Lyme Disease, they will almost always have one if not many other illnesses.  These issues can range from neurological issues to arthritic type aches and pains to auto-immune type illnesses.  Because the Lyme suppresses the immune system it presents some warning signs that you may think indicates a healthy immune system (at least I did).  Are you someone who rarely gets colds and almost never gets a fever?  I am exactly that person and thought it was because I eat healthy and exercise regularly.  When I had Covid-19, the highest my fever got was 99.5 degrees.  It turns out that it is not because I am so healthy but in fact my immune system is suppressed to the point where there is little to no immune system response elicited by my body.  Typically, People with Lyme also have a lower base body temperature than 98.6.

It is said that Borrelia B is the smartest and most complex virus that we have ever studied.  I highly recommend that you check out the Lyme Light podcast for much more information about the disease and how it interacts with different systems in the body.  The podcast is very well done, very informative and absolutely fascinating (at least for someone with Lyme Disease)!  You can find it on Spotify or Apple podcasts and from episode 5 on you can find them on YouTube as well but I urge you listen from the beginning.

In my opinion, you can skip the 2 Covid episodes from March and April as we have learned so much since that time.  A person can go off the deep end researching Lyme Disease and talking to people about their experiences.  In my case, I made a rather quick, yet informed, decision to trust in the doctors at my clinic and their expertise.  On December 8th I had my blood drawn for what they refer to as SOT (or AOT) for Lyme and shipped it was shipped off to the Research Genetic Cancer Center (RGCC) in Greece!

Anit-Sense Oligonucleotide Therapy (AOT or SOT) for Lyme Treatment

What is it, how does it work and why did I decide to try it so quickly as my first attempt at a treatment?  Surely there are less expensive treatment options?  People have been using antibiotics to treat Lyme for years, right?  Well, yes and no!  If you are like me, you heard numerous accounts of patients struggling with Lyme for years.  Antibiotic after antibiotic with other protocols thrown in when that didn't work long term.  Once you find out what SOT therapy does and how it works, you will quickly understand why I opted for it as my treatment.  SOT boasts a 96% success rate and actually kills the Lyme spirochete by rendering it unable to replicate (and thus it dies off).

So what exactly is SOT Therapy and how does it work?  Most of the information here is taken from an informational sheet that I was given by the Genesis Center.  I have rearranged it a bit but the information is intact.

SOT is a treatment that was originally created in Europe over 20 years ago by the name of anti-sense oligonucleotide therapy (AOT). If you are searching online for this treatment, it is best to look for it under the name of anti-sense oligonucleotide therapy.  You will quickly see decades of research from European and American based companies and universities.  Research Genetic Cancer Center (RGCC) in Greece has improved this technology over the previous technology and renamed it as an SOT because they create a treatment based on the patient's unique genetic molecules.  We know of no other laboratory in the world that is creating this unique process. In the United States, we now cure hepatitis C with this exact same FDA approved technology.  So, if we can turn off hepatitis C with one dose of an anti-sense therapy then we can definitely turn off the same replication cycle of Lyme disease, Lyme co-infections, viruses and even cancer cells.  Over the past two decades, Anti-Sense Oligonucleotide Technology has emerged as a valid approach to selectively modulate gene expressions in various targets.  The recent acceleration of science and the ability to identify new molecular targets for cancer, Lyme and other viruses, has driven new advances in this technology.  The limited effectiveness of conventional treatment strategies has focused considerable interest on the technology and development of new types of gene silencing therapies.

How does SOT work? RGCC is a genetic laboratory which is capable of identifying the specific gene sequences of different targets such as cancer, lyme and other viruses.  We send a patient's blood to their lab and they identify the main genetic sequence (gene epitope) of our target genes. Once they identify the main genetic epitope of the target, they cross reference the gene sequences to an international database of genetics to ensure they have the proper sequences. RGCC created this unique fingerprinting technology so that we can ensure the success of this treatment. It creates a 98% specificity to our target genes such as the Lyme Spirochetes and it does not interfere with any other human cells. Once the replication genes (sense strand) are identified, the laboratory creates the anti-copy of the replication sequences of the translocation genes. The sense strand is the particular code of the genetics that creates
replication in the cell. RGCC splices apart the sense strand and makes a complimentary copy of the DNA sequences that creates replication. This in turn creates an anti-sense therapy. Once they create the complimentary copy of the replication sequences, they surround this copy with a synthetic messenger RNA so that it has the ability to penetrate within the cell wall of our target. Once this mRNA sequence is created, they replicate this to 500 million to 1 billion copies of your unique SOT molecules. These molecules are delivered to our office where you receive your one dose IV treatment.

Once you receive your SOT molecules, they are at work 24-hours a day, seven days a week for up to six months inhibiting the replication cycle of your target spirochetes.  The Lyme spirochetes have a life cycle of 80 days.  It is the longest lifecycle of any bacteria in science and it has one of the most complicated gene sequences that we study.  One point of interest is to note that this treatment is not an immune treatment and it does not work through the immune activation system therefore there are very minimal side effects.  SOT works simply by shutting down the gene replication sequences of our target therefore eliminating the next
lifecycle.  Once the lifecycle of the spirochete has been completed there are just
simply no spirochetes left.

In summary, when the genetic sequence of a particular gene is known to be a causative agent of a particular disease, it is possible to synthesize a strand of nucleic acid (DNA, RNA or a chemical analogue) that will bind to the messenger RNA (MRNA) produced by that gene and effectively turning that gene “off”. This is called gene silencing therapy or apoptosis inducing therapy. At The Genesis Center they focus on Lyme disease treatment and integrated cancer treatment. They have performed hundreds of SOT treatments for their patients and thousands have been treated in the US with incredible success.  Their patients come from all over the United States and from other countries to be treated for this SOT technology that gives them a 24 hours a day, seven days a week treatment capacity with a curative approach to your target focus which can be Lyme, cancer or any other virus that differs from the genetics of our original gene structure.
